RVC has implemented a state-of-the-art check-in system that allows our patients the convenience of checking in before they arrive at our office — simply click the email link from your mobile phone or home computer. In addition, patients can quickly and efficiently input medical history, allergies, insurance information, and much more — at the time and place of your choosing. It’s safe, secure, and your email address will never be shared.
No internet or email address? No problem.
You can utilize the same system right here in our office. We do ask that you arrive half an hour early to ensure your appointment can begin on time.
What else will I need for my appointment?
- Identification card (like a driver’s license or other picture ID)
- Current insurance card(s)
- List of medications (feel free to bring the medications, if that’s easier)
